Looking for Junior Graphic Designer located in Kuwait Tasks • Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems • Assist and participate to creative brainstorming • Meet with the creative team to get the brief • Grasp the needs, the message the design should portray, and its appeal to customers or users • Consider a set of cultural, social, physical and cognitive factors in planning and executing designs for the target audience • Gather relevant information by meeting with senior team members and by doing his own research • Develop visual solutions that are perceived as relevant, understandable and effective • Select images, colors, typography, illustration, photography, motion graphics, size and arrangement of different elements to draw designs • Use print and layout techniques • Produce design work for marketing purposes (print ads for magazines, newspapers, journals, corporate reports, brochures, flyers, other publications, etc.), branding (logos, packaging, corporate identity, signage system, etc.) activation programs (promotional displays, etc.) • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work • Present artwork and final designs to Art Directors Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design (advertising agency experience is a plus) • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or any equivalent diploma • Pertinent and creative portfolio • Proficiency in graphic design software programs (Adobe Creative Suite) • Knowledge of printing & production (+plus) • Illustrative skills with rough sketches (+plus) Profile • Creative and has an artistic sensibility.
